Our mission is to empower kids around the globe to self-manage their emotional and physical wellness by offering them equitable and inclusive access to the evidence-based tools of breathing, moving and journaling.
We are dedicated to working with your school to create a program that meets your needs, including bundling student Breathe Move Journals with staff training, workshops for teachers, caregivers and administrators, professional development, and author visits that inspire creativity, individuality and inclusivity.
We offer bulk discounts as follows:
5% off for orders between 100-500
7% off for orders over 500 books

We heard you! The digital printable versions of our popular Breath Move Journal books are now at your fingertips. In alignment with our mission and your requests, we have created cost-friendly, digital printable downloads available only to schools.
Designed specifically for classroom utility, the digital printable books include a per-student reproduction license, allowing teachers to print individual pages or the full book for every student in their class. The printable Kids and Teen versions of the original Breathe Move Journals are sectioned into two separate parts, Part 1 and Part 2, each is sold separately.
Both Part 1 and Part 2 are designed to empower youth to self-manage emotional, mental and physical well-being with the evidence-based tools of breathing, moving and journaling. In minutes a day, kids can learn to improve self-esteem, regulate emotion, boost self-confidence, and be more effective and productive learners.

Pilot Program
Order 100 or more Breathe Move Journals for your school and an receive your bulk-order discount, license to print 3 educator guides for free, and 1 hour of teacher/staff training free (a $500 savings). Training is via Zoom and must be completed within 30 days of receiving your books.
