The Book & The Science

  • Mindfulness is paying attention, on purpose, to what’s happening right now without judging it. When you are mindful, you create wellbeing in your body. You will learn lots of fun ways to practice paying attention as you use your Breathe Move Journal.

  • The journaling in the Kids Super Journal is about noticing what you are thinking and feeling in the moment (mindfulness) and writing or drawing about it. There is no right or wrong way to notice and no right or wrong thing to journal about.

  • The Breathe Move Journal for kids is created for ages 6-11. It can also be used with younger children when an adult is there to guide them. Kids can write or draw their feelings when journaling. Breathe Move Journal for teens is created for ages 12 and up. The practice of breathing, moving and journaling has the same benefits for everyone. Including adults.

  • Yes they can! Adults are ordering and enjoying the Breathe Move Journal for themselves (we love that!). The process of mindfulness and journaling has the same benefits for everyone and adults need fun just as much as kids! A Breathe Move Journal book for adults is on its way!

Orders, Returns & Policies

  • We value honesty. If you feel you need to make a return or have another issue, please reach out to us at hello@breathemovejournal.com within 14 days of receipt of purchase and we will work with you to resolve your issue, replace a product, or initiate a return.

    We will accept returns on a case-by-case basis however we can only accept an approved return if the item is in new condition and has not been used or marred in any way. We are not responsible for items sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. We will do our best to send the item to the correct address once we receive the item back from the incorrect address.
